Cryptic Ore are a rare type of ore that can be found in Neon City and Luminopolis biomes. These blocks are spawned in Shapestone and Primordial Flame ore veins.
Cryptic Ore will drop any of the various Cryptocurrencies which can be used at the Resistor Workbench to craft various Blockchains. Players are not guaranteed to receive the same cryptocurrency as those around them.
Notes[]
- There is a bug where if a player mines the block that is in a different biome (next to a Luminopolis) it will not drop any Cryptocurrency.
- Snowfest's Neon City biome predates Cryptic Ore and thus will not spawn any.
- Cryptic Ore is not affected by Gathering Day, and will always drop only one Cryptocurrency coin.
