Draconic Workbench is an alpha workbench used to craft Dragonfire decorations. It was later removed and the crafting recipes moved to the Workbench.
This item can no longer be seen in the game because it has been replaced by the Dragon Crucible as a way to re-use pre-existing items instead of introducing more.
Trivia
The crafting station model is similar to the Ringcrafting Bench, except the eye is replaced by a dragon.
