The Monarch Dragon is an Adult Dragon Mount that can be obtained by reaching Mastery Rank 200. This mount is part of the Monarch Dragon Ascension line and must be unlocked after getting the Master’s Arsenal, and before the King Qubesly ally. Like all Adult Dragon mounts, they can fly but not shoot fireballs; players must wait until the Legendary form, Valkizer, King of Dragons, which is unlocked by getting an additional 90 Mastery Ranks (for a total of 300).
