The Neon Fledgling is a fledgling dragon mount that can be obtained by consuming Neon Dragon Souls. This mount is part of the Neon Dragon Ascension line and must be unlocked after getting the Neon Dragonling ally. Like all Fledgling mounts they cannot fly, players must wait until the Neon Dragon or Lambent the Neolord has been unlocked.
