The Winter Fledgling is a fledgling dragon mount that can be obtained by consuming Winter Dragon Souls. This mount is part of the Winter Dragon Ascension line and must be unlocked after getting the Winter Dragonling ally. Like all Fledgling mounts they cannot fly, players must wait until the Winter Dragon or Galenor, Primarch of Permafrost has been unlocked.
